NAPA RIVER INN, Napa – Your ideal downtown stay

My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were comfortable and charming, offering a lovely view of the river and mountain side. The service was outstanding with friendly and helpful staff. The location was perfect, right next to the river and within walking distance to restaurants and bars. Although the dining experience was not exceptional, the overall experience was memorable.

The hotel rooms were a good size for 3 friends and quite clean, offering comfortable amenities within a manageable space. The service was incredibly welcoming, providing helpful assistance and wine tour arrangements. The location allowed for ample parking and easy access to downtown Napa, with exceptional staff. The dining experience had some excellent options and was highlighted by room delivery from the bakery. Facilities were well-equipped for a satisfying stay.

However, navigating between the bed and TV cabinet was a bit challenging for two people at the same time. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and made my stay stress-free, from escorting me to my room to offering shuttle services. One downside was that they didn't respond to one of my requests. The location couldn't have been better, right downtown by the river with easy access to shops and eateries. Although the dining options were a bit limited, the fresh pastries were a delightful treat. Overall, a great place to stay with a few minor drawbacks.
